Enrollment/Change Form

This form is for residents and small businesses who want to sign-up (opt-in), leave (opt-out) or change (opt-up or opt-down) their participation in the CCA program.  

Customers who opt-out (choose not to participate) will not be enrolled in the CCA and will receive standard electricity supply from the utility at the variable market rate. Customers may opt-out at any time during the program without incurring fees or penalties.
